Pricing Questions
What if it doesn't work for my business?
The maths is simple. If you charge £250 a job and the system catches just 2 enquiries a month you would have missed, it's already paid for itself. Most trades miss far more than that. We've built the system around the problems every trade business has — missed calls, slow follow-up, no reviews. If those are costing you work, this fixes them.
What do I actually need to do?
Answer a questionnaire about your business (takes 10–15 minutes), then jump on a 30-minute walkthrough when your system is ready. That's it. We handle the entire build, the AI training, the website, the automations — everything. You just carry on working.
Why a 3-month minimum?
We spend 5–7 days building your entire system from scratch. The 3-month minimum lets the system bed in and start delivering real results — most clients see the biggest impact in months 2 and 3 as automations compound.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance for SMS, email, and AI calls. If you exceed it (uncommon for most businesses), small overages are billed automatically at cost plus a small margin. You'll always know what you're paying.
How quickly can I be live?
Most businesses are fully live within 5–7 working days*. That means your AI is answering calls, your website is up, your follow-ups are running, and leads are being captured — all within a week of your discovery call. Most agencies take 4–8 weeks for a website alone.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, anytime. Most clients start on Starter or Growth, see results, then upgrade. If you move up a tier, we build the additional features at no extra setup cost. If you need to scale back, just give us 30 days notice.
Why does Starter have a setup fee but Growth doesn't?
The setup fee covers the time we invest building your system. Growth and Complete include it free because the higher monthly plan covers that investment. If you're on the fence, going Growth saves you £249 upfront and gets you significantly more.
Can I cancel after 3 months?
Yes. After the initial 3 months, give 30 days notice anytime. No penalties, no awkward conversations. We'll export your data if you need it. Most clients stay because the system is making them money — but you're never locked in.
